I need to record freeview on a VCR.
My VCR it built into my TV,

Please can someone help!

Built in VCRs can generally only record what is picked up by the TVs RF receiver. Therefore the Freeview box would have to connect to the TV via an RF lead to make this possible.

don't worry anymore my program starts in 10mins
and I don't have a RF cable.

The VCR may be able to recard via SCART too, depends on the make.
