Problem Importing ACVHD Into FCE 4

Hey,

I have a Sony HDR-12 hard drive camcorder and I am having trouble loading the clips into Final Cut Express 4. When I use the log and transfer button, only certain clips come up but not all of them that are on the camera. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
