So I had ADSL connected last week, its a 20M connection and its really fast, when it wants to be.

It kinda drops out, but the model never looses sync or anything like that its like, it will just not load the entire page or it'll take 3min to do so.

I have tried Safari and Firefox and its the same deal with both.

When it happens, if i renew DHCP lease it works straight away then it'll play up again a few min later..

Any suggestions before I contact my ISP? I work doing tech support for these kinds of issues and I'm fairly sure its nothing to do with the ISP (ie: at the exchange) but I just cant figure out what else it could be..

Help would be great!!

Do you have all the latest updates for your computer, and are you having this problem with your iMac or your MacBook?

Wow.. I think that worked..

But where it says..

"Type 4.2.2.1 into the blank DNS Servers box, hit return and type 4.2.2.2 then click the "Apply Now" "

I changed my DNS server to 4.2.2.1 and i couldnt add the 4.2.2.2 because im connected via ethernet..

Will this be ok?

I just opened about 20 diff tabs and it didnt lag or slow down! :)

so I think it could be fixed..

Yay!
