transparent blue orb

I recently installed LiteIcon, and when I restarted Finder, I had this transparent blue orb on my desktop that remains on top of all windows and gets very annoying. I deleted LiteIcon, but it is still here. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I dunno about Leopard (or if you are using it at the moment) but I do remember that in Panther, this was part of Exposé and that this orb floated on top of windows so you could activate Exposé no matter which app you were using.

I just can't remember which keyboard shortcut triggered this. Maybe someone else remembers.
