Freeing up space

Hi,

I was wondering how to go about clearing up space on my hard drive. How do you go about finding the largest files on the system so they can be deleted? And what do you do about applications that have no uninstall with them?

Download a program called Disk Inventory X. It shows you all of the files on your hard drive in graphical form. You can then check to see which files are taking up the most space by simply identifying the largest blocks in front of you.
