I would like to be able to watch tv on my G4, which is my music room computer. There is no cable hookup in that room, but there is at my G5, where the cable modem is.

Quick note about the G4, it is pre-July 2001, so it is not compatible with Airport Extreme, which limits me to an Airport card with 802.11b. The Extreme is backwards compatible with these older cards.

Was the old standard adequate for television? If it is, what do I need to get? Will the Airport card allow me to watch television by itself, or do I need to also get a tv/video card for the G4 as well?
