G4 733 Quicksilver and the dvr-108

Hello, I am new to the forum so any information is very helpful. My question is: Will the Pioneer dvr(aor)-108 work with my G4 733 Quicksilver running OSX 10.3.5. If it is a big deal to get working maybe I should just go with the dvr-107 and save myself some trouble. Any comments and/or suggestions would be great.
