Exporting in Final Cut Pro

Hey
I am working on a project thats about 13 minutes in length.
I am done the project and all I have to do is export it, but thats where the problem comes in.
I'm not sure where to set the quailites I need the video set for.
My video needs:
To be a Quicktime animation- full res.
have million plus colors
720 by 480
it can not be a VPS file.
and its a RAW Quciktime animation file

If any of your know how to set those could you help out?

Just export it as full quality NTSC unless of course you are putting it on the internet, in which case use compressor and pick the appropriate broadband preset you would like.
