creating a podcast from a DVD

I'd like to put my DVD into my super drive, open a program( which one if any) and create a podcasting from the audio on the DVD.

Any ideas?

Macbook Pro 2.2ghz 2G 15.5" 10.5.2; Iphone 3G
We are not supposed to talk about ripping video or music from a commercial DVD, so I'll assume that you are talking about your own personal content.
I would use handbrake to rip to a movie file, then ffmpegx to convert video file to just audio.
There is probably a more efficient way...
