Buying Elements 6 Online

Just wondering if anyone has downloaded and purchased Elements 6 online from Adobe. If so, did they also ship the disk to you?

Downloaded it last week - 1.2gig
No they don't ship you a disc - just download it and burn a copy to dvd.

Sounds good but burning a copy to dvd will be a new one for me. Do I just burn the disk image to dvd?

That's all I did.
After you order PSE 6 from Adobe they send you the registration key by email.

Thanks for the info. I've also found that after purchasing, you have the option of downloading the software again in the future so I guess there is no advantage to burning to disk other than you wouldn't have to deal with the long download time. I've downloaded, purchased and I'm giving it a test drive now. This version really looks good, I'm gonna like it!!

(I should have mentioned that they give you the option to download it again but my thought was I would rather just download it once and burn it to dvd in case I need it again).

I understand what you're saying, it took 2 1/2 hours to download!
