Is there anything in particular that is confusing you?

MacBook white 160GB. iPod nano... old school one.
I would just say spend time on your computer messing around and discovering all that there is to discover. If you don't understand something... look it up on Wikipedia, they do a great job of describing Mac OS X and all that's on it.

The more time I'm on my MacBook the more I love it.

P.S. The Help feature helps... a lot.

Could just drag them to the Trash or control-click- "move to trash".
Also, select the item and use "Apple" key and "Delete" together.
