All of the older Macs I have owned (iBook G3, Pismo, Ti 1.0 GHz) could do about 3+ weeks in sleep mode on a good battery with full charge.
I just picked up a mint 1.67 GHz Powerbook w/ new screen and a NEW battery from Apple. I also did the battery update.
Problem is that the battery drains 17% on average per day on full charge and only goes about 4 days before the battery gets really low and it shuts down. It's a strong battery and I get a good 3+ hours of use with a bright screen, music playing and multi-tasking.
The battery drain thing is really bugging me and I might buy something else.
Question: How long have you had your Mac laptop (iBook, MacBook, PB) go in Sleep mode before it shuts down?
