HD icon disappeared.

So the other day I noticed my harddrive icon was gone. I have no idea what i did but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to put the icon back on my desktop. Anyone know how to do that??

Welcome aboard! Check out your Finder Preferences, General Tab, that allows you to show hard drives, CDs, etc.

Someone else had this problem too. Check out the link. He eventually had to type something in the terminal, but in case you are having a different problem, see all the other suggestions for getting it to appear.
