Optical Drive Sharing Over Network

Well, I have the basic macbook so no dvd burner, but it is on the same wireless network as my 2 windows pc's one xp and one vista which both have burners. Is there any way for me to use the dvd burners from my macbook if I wanted to burn a dvd.
Any help greatly appreciated

There is no way I know of to access a DVD drive on a pc from a Mac, unless the new feature developed for the MacBook Air works with other macs

You could always just copy over the avi's or whatever files to the PCs and use whatever software you have on the PCs to burn the discs

from what I have googled it doesnt look lke the air software works on other macs:( I would copy te avis over but once they are converted to DVD they are around 4gb and my mem stick is only 1gb:(
