No video on the Mac mini G4... Sound at bootup

I have no video on a Mac Mini G4. It has sound at bootup and I have reset the pram and tried to use a different monitor. No luck. Any suggestions?

How do I install a part if I don't know what to replace?

That's the problem. Normally I'd recommend the Apple Hardware test. However, with no video...
If the video card is bad, it's integrated into the logic board. Which means replacing the logic board. As you can see from the manual, it's not easy.

I'll look around and see if there's something else to try though.

Thanks for the help... I tried this (Apple docs) the other night... Resetting the PMU is different than they state though. I turn it off Unplug it and plug it back in and then hold the Power button down and it just makes a loud buzzing noise (VERY LOUD) and then the white led flickers and I have to manually turn it off... but still no solution there.
