Hey all,

So I'm working with a Powerbook G4 17" and I'm considering purchasing Logic Studio. If I had the cash right now I'd upgrade to a MacBook Pro.....but unfortunately that's not the case at the moment. ;)

Anyway, I'm a bit concerned that Studio is going to bog down my computer. It's got a 1.67 processor and 2 gb of RAM, but I'm hearing that maybe that won't be enough. Actually, I'm hearing conflicting things altogether concerning Logic. Some people say it works great....others say it's "buggy".....some people say I should be fine with my Powerbook....others say no.

Any thoughts???

Thanks,
S.S.

You're hearing wrong.
I have a 15" PowerBook with the same processor and RAM and I run Logic 8.
I have had absolutely no problems with it.
