Im curious about the battery and life of the apple keyboard and mighty mouse

are the battery's rechargeable in the wireless keyboard & mighty mouse?

If not, how long do the battery's last, and do you have to just buy new ones when they run out?

are they normal battery's, what type?

thanks

they all take AA batteries the mouse takes 2 and for me will typically last 4 months. the aluminum keyboard takes 3 AA batteries. i can not tell you what battery life is as i dont use a BT keyboard. The older version of the BT keyboard i believe takes 4 AAs

Battery life on both are very good IMO. I use the wireless keyboard with my MBP at home as it's more comfortable. And I am yet to replace the original batteries after four months. I highly recommend the keyboard. The mouse is good too and I have had that for seven months running on original batteries. But I think there are better mice out there.

Agree with above PROVIDED you use Energizer e2 Lithium AA batteries exclusively. Do not invest in rechargeables.
