why password?

Hi!

I just had my mac mini in for service and it worked after that but now maybe after 10 times theres a password when iam booting and it seems to be booting in some kind of safe mode how can i get around this?
(sorry for poor english)

Don't know about 10.0 - that was strictly a beta trial version so I guess you mean something different?

If late model go to System Preferences>Startup Disk and ensure the OS is selected and NOT network or traget mode. Let's know how you get on please?

i have no idea how to do that i just have my Mac as a media PC for my TV
is there some kind of commando when i boot :)? and i dont have a mac keyboard :| and yes its late version i missclicked when i posted.

No keyboard? Any USB keyboard will do the trick. Connect and then go to System Preferences and go from there.

yes but how do i go to system preference? i cannot get past the password when i start the computer

Have you tried just leaving the password field blank and then hit enter?
If you have the install disk, you can use it to reset the password, if needed.

You have troubles..........

Take it back to whoever 'serviced' it and tell them your problems. Not pulling our whatsits are you? All minis came with keyboards (and mice).
