Ok, I have been on my 733 quicksilver for about 3 days now and I am having a problem installing programs. Maybe it's just the windows-side of me making things too difficult, but when I install programs like bittorrent etc. Where do I install them to?Once I reboot there's a question mark in the dock and the program wont work. Is this a common problem for newbies? Also, how do I uninstall programs completely? Thanx, Todd

Drag the programs to the Applications folder to install them. Drag them out of the Applications folder to the trash to erase them

In essence your making it hard by thinking about it from a Windows perspective.. The above post is correct. The AMAZING part is, it really IS that easy....

Yeah, I am really liking this new world. I have alot to learn for sure. I was wondering how you see what's running etc. like a "view processes" type command within os x? I tried to delete something the other day and could not empty trash because something was using the program. I looked and looked and eventually gave up.. Any tricks??
