I messed up when trying to rename my home folder?

I tried to rename my home folder in users. I now realize that the computers name was never meant to be changed. When I restarted, I guess it didn't recognize the name I changed it to and it created a new user of the same old name. So it has just created a blank slate, like I just took it out of the box. Is there any way that I can get it back to my original settings?
