Is there an app for OSX that will rip 5.1 sound? I downloaded the trial for iSkySoft's DVD Audio Ripper, but it appears that the program will only extract mono or stereo, and there's no info in the help file or on the support site that indicates that the program does 5.1.

I'm looking for something basically somewhat similar to BeSweet for Windows...something that will give you six audio files, one each for each channel of 5.1 sound. Is there anything like that???

Have you looked at the completely free HandBrake? I haven't played with it too much, but it seems like it should be able to do that.

Nope; video only. :(

However...I think I figured out how to get BeSweet working via Wine...
