I am very interesting in finding out how my Mac's work and I would like to know where/how I can learn the computer language, anything will help such as websites, books and etc...

firstly check out any wikipedia articles

OS X is based on BSD so you may want to look at its history

OS X is based on the NEXT operating system so you may want to look at that as well as BSD, it is basically a UNIX core

You probably want to learn Cocoa, which is Apple's framework for creating programs on OS X.

And you probably want to learn Objective-C, which is C with some Smalltalk thrown in.
