Out of the blue I have a printer problem, I've a G5 with an Epson R380, it has been reliable with no problems, recently after a print command, the printer pauses after a few seconds with a communication error. I've done the basics, restart the printer, computer, check cables, still have the problem. Any ideas... please and thank you.

Does the Epson come with any diagnostics tool?

Go to the last post and try that (when he says delete the printers folder - I think he means the epson files inside the printers folder
