How do I roll my OS back to how it was last night? I have lost all my email etc in entourage and want it back!

Are you running any type of backup software? No? Then you can't roll back or recover.

aw that sucks...but I haven't deleted anything and I can see the user identity in finder...I just cant get the mails etc back into entourage...any ideas?

Well what did you do to "lose" the mail to begin with? You can always try using Entourage's "import" feature and browse that user identity and see if there's an importable file there (assuming Entourage has such a feature... that is...)
