I have a MacBook Pro running Leopard, my husband has a PC (home-built) running Windows . I connect wirelessly t our network, he's wired in via Ethernet to the Wireless Router. We both have iTunes on our computers, and AirPort Expresses plugged into speakers or stereos around the house.

When he is streaming AirTunes to one of the stereos or speakers, if I open up my MBP (it's usually sleeping until I open it, I don't shut it down very often), it apparently interrupts the wireless signal his computer is sending to the AirPort Express he's streaming to, and iTunes stops playing. He then has to come in and start it again and everything's working again.

My computer causes this even if I didn't have iTunes running when I put it to sleep. Is there any way we can prevent this from happening?
