MacBook 2ghz 13" White RAM upgrade?

I have a 13" White Macbook with 2 gb of ram and 2.0 ghz processor. I know I can add 1 gb of ram, but is it worth it? I know having a stick of 2 and 1 will not make the duel processor thing run like it should but is it still worth it?

MacBook 2.2 Ghz 2GB Ram 120 GB HD
I have almost the same setup but I have the 2.2. Would I even recognize a differance if I was to max it out at 4gb?
