Since upgrading to Leopard I have noticed that Deleting files from my itunes library is EXTREMELY slow. Much much slower than in Tiger.
For example to delete just one album - mp3 - about 90megs its taking well over a minute simply to remove from library and move the files to trash.
I'm on a 1.9 G5, 2.5gig Ram, library is on an external drive. Leopard 10.5.2, Itunes 7.2 (with latest updates)
Obviously this isn't something I do regularly but its slow enough to suggest there is a problem and certainly didn't happen on Tiger.
Anyone else noticed this behaviour?
