New MBP running slugglish

2.5ghz MBP 2gb ram, 200gb 7200rmp hd, 512mb 8600gt
My MBP has start to lag, even as I type this, the letter are laggy. Here is a screen shot of my Activity Monitor, can someone tell me if all is well.

I assume you have done the usual disk check and such?

As in used Disk Utility to check your hard drive for errors as well as permission problems (applications > utilities > disk utility)
