black rectangle appears when pointer clicks

Hi-
First time here:D
I'm using Mac G5 osx 10.4.11..
I spilled tea on my keyboard and now whenever my pointer clicks on something, a black outlined rectangle appears around the item. how do i get rid of this? thanks!

Its one of the Universal access thingies (cannot remember which one)

go to System Prefs > Universal Access and turn everything to off
