Resize Terminal Window

My terminal window is as small as it can possibly be and I can find no way to resize it. It has been like that since OSX (now 10.3.5) was installed. I have deleted the terminal preferences, but that did not help.

Any help is appreciated.

Doesn't the resize function of the lower right corner (3 diagonal stripes) work?

Nope

First thing I tried. The window is about an eighth of an inch square. The red dot to close it is on top, but not the green. Pulling on the lower right hand corner has no effect. I can move it or close it, but that's all.

I've also tried copying commands into it with no success. Is there a command that I could copy into it that would resize it?

Very weird. Maybe repair permissions if not already done. Is root or another user on the system? Can you post anything that happened right before this?

This is a known problem. Have you moved/removed any fonts? Particulary monaco?
If yes, put it back. Terminal wont work without it.

Fonts it was

Yes, I had fooled with the user fonts. I very much appreciate your help.

Thanks,
