Hello everyone, so I just purchased a MBP, and within my first day I've somehow managed to activate this really annoying black box that highlights the active portions of whatever window you're in, even highlights the selected portion on the desktop (ie. black outline around the Mac HD). It's a little frustrating, I don't think its a menu command because I don't recall activating anything like that, and it wasn't doing this until I started tinkering with shortcuts. I've consulted the shortcut glossary and such and havent found anything.

Thanks

hey there, your voice-over is on. you can hit "command+F5" to toggle it on or off or open up system prefs, then universal access, seeing. open voice over utility and uncheck the "voiceover cursor tracks keyboard focus"
