Im visitng soem family and this city is very hot, my macbook has crashed twice today, first time in all the time having it.
I guesses it was somethign to do with temp. Then i realized that i havent heard the fans working in a while...
i downloaded smcFanControl its saying its at 75°C and its says 000rpm
so i guess fans are not working
what can i do?

iStat or iStatmenus will tell you. 75C isn't all that hot though, you fans should be running, but I wouldn't expect them to be running hard at that temp.

Are the temps that different for the MB and the MBP? I have had my MBP at 80C with no ill effects and no slowdowns, albeit fans running full bore.
