noob questions

firefox - i go to the website and i know where the icon should be to click on it to download it, but it does not show up. Help?

I also wonder if the same problem is related to my second question, my wife uses yahoo mail and when she clicks on an email everything is fine except for the body of the email is blank, any ideas?

Have you checked the desktop or your Downloads folder to see if it has already been downloaded?

nevermind, wife told me she downloaded some updates, and did not restart, soooo that was the problem.
