Hi,
I've had a delve into the Mac firewall settings and come across some worrying messages in the firewall log. Does anyone known what these mean and should I be concerned ? I'm using stealth mode and I've set access only to essential services.
Any enlightenment would be appreciated as I don't know much about the security protocols.
Thanks in advance.
Mar 11 16:04:54 Macintosh Firewall[39]: httpd is listening from 127.0.0.1:8080 uid = 0 proto=6
Mar 11 17:08:30 Macintosh Firewall[39]: Stealth Mode connection attempt to TCP 1*2.1*8.0.2:49152 from 217.146.182.79:80
Mar 11 17:09:28: --- last message repeated 3 times ---
Kind regards
Jon
