Ok so im looking to make a little collage of pictures so just a plain white background with pictures on. What program can i download to do this?

I have that but i couldnt work out how to import pictures

File > Open > your picture

Maybe??

Photoshop is wonderful btw

That doesn't work that opens it up in another window
