Is this a problem?

I was running the main menu maintenance scripts and was a little suprised to see it complete in 10 seconds.

Heres the log.

Is it normal for me to have several files and directories 'missing'.

I still want to know if this is a problem? If no one knows can someone direct me to a site or person that will know.

My mac seems a little more sluggish than it was before I reinstalled leopard.
