I am trying to send my wife some photos - they are JPEG images attached to an e-mail and she is receiving them on her iPad and opening the e-mail using the standard Apple Mail app.
Problem is, whilst it shows a paperclip on the summary view of the e-mail, all she can see on the email itself are icons for each image with downward pointing arrows set in a hashed border. It looks like they are waiting to be downloaded but nothing happens when she touches the icons (see screen shot below)
Have checked Settings and "Load Remote Images" is set to "on"
Any help greatly appreciated :Blushing:
Thanks
