I have a Power Mac G4 running OSX 10.4.10. Just yesterday for some odd reason, after an iPod sync, my Mac won't shut down. Not sure if it is related to the iPod sync, I just noticed it after doing that. When choosing "shut down" from the apple menu or even choosing it from the sign on screen, it restarts the computer and doesn't shut down. Any advice or help?

Update

Stumped a few of you, huh? Me too! Well, it sorted itself out. I kept doing a manual shut down for a day or so, and then finally it started working again. Must have been a glitch somewhere.
