Simply ... is there any way to copy (on the iPad) from iTunes to iPad ?, drag n drop or similar methods

This is not a very descriptive Post from me sorry ! ...

Basically without controlling the 'Sync' from the Laptop within iTunes, is there any way to browse the library in iTunes on the iPad or any other device ? maybe include an App on the iDevice ?
