Is there a way I can over clock the CPU in my MacBook from 2ghz to say 2.1 or 2.2 ghz? If so how can I achieve this and what Is the maximum my Core Duo system can handle?

I have not heard of anyone doing this...and you probably wouldn't gain much performance by doing it anyway.

Also...have you seen the tons & tons of threads here on Mac-forums where members are concerned about their laptops getting really hot...and the fans screaming at maximum rpms???...well over-clocking the cpu would certainly NOT improve things...in terms of heat & fan speeds!;)

Want some advice? Leave it where it is at. 100 or 200MHz will make very, very little difference and risk killing the machine.
