I have one of these and do dearly love it. Unfortunately the left button has gone soft. Does anyone know if this is repairable or what the part # is?

I opened it up and cleaned it but it made no difference.

I'm guessing to get is repaired it would probably cost you almost as much as purchasing a new one. Have you tried using canned air? Have you had it too long for any type of warranty to be good? Honestly if you've had it a while I would keep an eye out for some good sales.

I'm thinking the same thing. Most input devices like this are throw-away once they start malfunctioning (assuming worn out parts & not dirt). Most of the internal parts (microswitches) are not replaceable (or even removable).

Like "GrannySueSnaps" mentioned...time to look for a good sale!;)

Sorry I should have explained it better. They don't make one like it anymore and none of the models are even close. The new one has a thumb ball and it is very uncomfortable for me to use the thumb.

If you've gained enough access to see that the micro switches are replaceable. Then remove them...find replacement parts…and replace them. Easy!:)

HELLO. Have you performed an internet search for "microswitch"…and then refined the search from there??
