Why can't i backup app data? Its so backwards that I only have the option to delete all of the app and its Data if i want to free up the device.

What if you're done playing that massive RPG for a few weeks? You have delete all of your progress to remove it from the device??

I know you could create a device back up but thats like cloning your hard drive to backup your emails, overkill!

Is there another way around this? Or is this Apple just being Apple and doing their usual 80% Genius, 20% complete stupidity??

I did not try adding data to my phone when I was testing the app. Would think you could since it opens it up just like any other drive. Have not had any use for such an app the entire time I've had a iPhone, so the purchase price is not worth it to me.

But, give it a whirl - it has a free trial.
