A couple of days ago I started having problems getting my Gmail in Mail 3.0 on my iMac running Leopard.
I am able to connect via telenet to port 993 OK.
Here is the error message I am getting.
Some actions taken while the account “Gmail” was offline could not be completed online.
Mail has undone actions on some messages so that you can redo the actions while online.
Additional information: The connection to the server “imap.gmail.com” on port 993 timed out.
I hope there is an answer out there. If not I guess upgrading to Snow Leopard maybe will solve the problem.
TIA
