Mac Mini late 09 version
I have built every PC I own except netbooks and laptops since the early 2000's.
I presently have 2 in the office, 2 for the kids, 2 netbooks, 2 laptops, 1 server and 1 on my HDTV.

As much as like my mini, with all the things I do, I could never just have a mac ...

Thats weird, I don't remember posting this in this section ...

"Is my Mac my only computer?"...what if you have 2, 3,...or more Macintosh computers!;)

Maybe what you mean to ask is..."Is a Macintosh the only "brand" of computer you have/own?"

No.

I have an iMac, an iPhone and a MacBook Pro. I could never have just a PC. Ever again.

Nope. I have a MacBook, a Toshiba Satellite, and a Windows 95 machine.

I use my MacBook everyday, the Toshiba for QBasic, and the Windows 95 machine for classic games and such (A-10 Cuba is one of my favorite titles. Wonderful game)

Besides my MBP (16 months old) I have a Dell Dimension desktop (3 or 4 yrs old). Barely use it once every other week.
It's a fine machine, considering it's Windows. Only thing it really needs is more memory. I'll remedy that soon.

My dad and mom both have their own machine(s), but the only computer around here that I use is the MacBook. It's pretty much mine!

I have an HP desktop running XP.

Funny thing is that I have only used it once since I got my MBP.

Both my computers are great machines, but my MBP is much more enjoyable to use.

Gaming Rig, iMac, MB, and MBP.

I'm mostly on my MB. The others I only use for work and gaming obviously.

Considering my wife's reaction when she found out I purchased a mini, it's not likely that I'll have 3 or more Mac's ...

Since most other brands run windows, I didn't consider a Mac to run anything else than Apple OS. However, I'm starting to realize the some Mac owners buy them for the hardware like the MacBook Pro and run windows on them.

Many of the systems I have are no longer state of the art machines. As they get older, they get retasked ...

Just a Macbook Pro, I reckon it's all I need, since having windows
installed on it as well.

I would never want anything else, ever again.

I'm not a big fan of dual booting ... have done it many times with linux but prefer to use a separate hdd.

I have a iMac 24" for my design work and a pc sat next to me to run Radio tv shows and stuff while I work. Unfortunately the mouse tracking on the pc is much better than the mac which is a pain as my work is mouse heavy. I get comfortable while spending a while on the mac but the minute I go back to the PC the mouse action is really accurate! Much prefer the tabs for open folders at the bottom of the screen in windows makes things easier....but this dam mouse!

I'm using a PC M$ mouse with my Mini and after adjusting some mouse settings, I have found it to be good.

Good point about the windows folders at the bottom however, I really think spaces could be your solution for that ...

I can't imagine only having a Mac.

I have a desktop gaming rig and two other Windows notebooks. The Mac makes a great portable, multi-purpose machine. But for gaming, I'd much rather have a Windows machine. And also, I like maintaining an older Windows laptop for traveling with. This way if it's lost or stolen, I'm only out the $20 I spent on it.

Do they even make netbooks that cheap?
