New iPhone 4s user question

So I just got my iPhone 4s a couple days ago & have a question. I've got iCloud set up and sharing stuff with my MacBook & I love it. My question is, to be able to share Pages(or Word) documents will I have to purchase Pages for my iPhone too(and numbers for spreadsheets)?

Yep, you need both to modify. Although I think ios will read them

Yep u need both to be able to edit but I'm sure you can just view with ur iphone
