Your link isn't loading anything, but I can tell you this:

If it is a G4 tower system and it runs anymore than $500, forget it.
And that would be for a 1Ghz or higher system.
If it is less than 1 Ghz, then maybe $350 tops.

Agreed. I freak out every time I see a G4 MDD Dual 1.42Ghz Tower for $2k!! Too much for what it does.

Okay i think this will work, and no wont pay anything over $500. I only started using macs about a year ago and i wont ever switch back, and while i like to say i know alot about them i still sometimes need advice.

I'd say thats a decent price, I'd probably wouldnt go over 300 for it, since there is no OS on it.

the one thing i noticed is on the top product discribtion it says 1 Ghz but on the seller discribtion it says 800mhz

I saw that, too.
For that reason alone, I personally would avoid it.

That tells me one of three things:
+The seller has no idea what the machine is. He may just be trying to pawn off some "crappy Mac" he "obtained".
+The seller is does know what it is and is purposely trying to scam someone into thinking the machine is something it isn't
+If the seller doesn't care enough about the sale to go back and proofread his ad before it goes live, then how is he going to act when the transaction goes down? Sloppy ads mean sloppy sales.

All in all, I would look elsewhere.
