Every time I try to watch something it tells me to turn on my networking. Of course it is already on...

How can I fix this? Thanks.

More details would be good here. Things like what devices are invloved etc.

Have you logged your ATV 2 into your iTunes account?

Yes, my iTunes Account is connected to my ATV 2

When I enable the home sharing, it shows up on the ATV 2 menu, but if ATV goes to sleep, it will disappear and tell me to go enable home sharing.

Sounds like the ATV 2 is logging out of your iTunes acct when it goes to sleep. Odd.
