When I initially installed this printer it seemed to work fine but for some reason whenever I print something out everything it is reduced in size by more than 50% and is squeezed into the left hand corner of the page. It is unreadable.

Can anyone please suggest where I am going wrong?

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Have you checked your settings within the print menu? Make sure your scale is at 100% and that your paper settings are for the size paper you are printing on.

Knale - thank you for your reply.

If I am in a word document the print settings are

paper size: US letter
scale: 100%

I have tried to change US letter to A4 but it doesn't seem to retain the change.
However, I can't believe this is what is causing the printing problem.

Any other suggestions?

I am having the opposite problem.
When I print it comes out HUGE.
I need to print e-mails quite often and what should be 1 page of print is 3 pages.
I am not sure where to go to change.
