Worth buying macbook pro 2007

no charger
from $ 306

I have a MagSafe charger and snow leopard disk

When the MBP boot up says you must restart your computer.

What could I do?I do not get yet. is coming for next week

If you've already purchased the machine, you'll just have to wait until it arrives to find out what's wrong. You'll need a new battery and MagSafe adapter charger in order to see if it charges and runs on battery.

It also sounds like the machine is going into kernel panic when it boots. That can indicate a hardware problem. Hopefully the seller included the original disks that came with the machine.

the seller says this:
"I took it into to apple to have it serviced and they said they do a
flat rate repair that is like 320 and they will fix whatever is wrong
with it. I didn't want to pay that much to restore a dated
computer because I bought it used a few years ago."

I dont know how it works did apple genius checked before they give you the cost or the flat-rate is a standard price to fix the logic board.

If they quoted a flat rate repair cost of $320.00, they were probably only referring to the labor, not including the parts. The reason I suspect this is because even a refurbished logic board for a 2007 MBP will cost more than $300.00. Installing a new (refurbished) logic board in any Intel model MBP is probably going to cost around $700.00 if done by Apple.
