I know i want to get the 15" Macbook Pro but i dont know how many gigs would be enough for me. I will be downloading tons of music and making my own stuff. How much is enough? 160 seems like alot but it ranges to 500. Basically im asking do you think i should go for the 160 or 320 gig?

Order the stock 160 GB and change out the hard drive yourself later on. You can purchase a 500 GB drive for your MBP from an after market supplier. It will be less expensive and you'll have a wider selection to choose from.

NewEgg, Amazon, and OWC are suppliers of hard drives. Here's the link to OWC notebook hard drives.

Regards.

Apple doesn't offer a 160GB drive on the 15" Macbook Pro, that option is only available on the 13" MBP. The smallest drive available for the 15" models is 250GB. I would suggest either going with that or upgrading to the 320GB option, though I highly suggest avoiding the 500GB option since you can upgrade to a 500GB drive yourself for about $40 - $50 less than what Apple will charge.
